Canceling a Klarna transaction

Only the transactions that have not been captured can be canceled.

They can have the following statuses:

  • To be validated
  • Waiting for authorization

  1. Select the Transactions in progress tab.
  2. Select a Klarna transaction.
  3. Right-click on the selected transaction.
  4. Select Cancel in the context menu.
    A dialog box appears. Your payment platform requests a confirmation to cancel the transaction.
  5. Click on Yes to cancel the selected transaction.
