3D Secure v2: are all payment transactions concerned?
The following transactions are not subject to the application of this Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2):
- Distance sales transactions of MO/TO type ( Mail Order, Telephone Order).
- Payments initiated by the merchant without the online presence of the customer.
- Cardholders or merchants outside the European Economic Area.
