Setting the sending of empty files

By default, the payment gateway does not send empty reporting files.

However for technical reasons the merchant may need to recover a file (empty or not) every day.

To enable sending of empty reporting files:

  1. In your Merchant Back Office, open the Settings > Shop > Reports menu and select the Transactions report tab.
  2. In General Settings, tick the Sending empty reports box.
  3. Click Save.
